Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded if the cancellation request is made more than six weeks before the start of the event. For cancellation requests made between two and six weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the event.

A waiting list system is used to manage our events. Hence it is not possible for you to transfer tickets/bookings to other persons.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to event start and finish times and/or venues. However, if an event is cancelled, Vintage Tap and Swing's liability will be to the customer making the original purchase and this liability will be limited to the cost of the tickets purchased.
